Bumbu Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

  0.75 oz. | Bumbu Original
  1.5 oz | Amaretto Liqueur
  1.0 oz. | Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

  1 Tsp | Simple Syrup
  0.5 oz. | Egg White
  Amarena Cherries

How to Make:

  1. Add Amaretto, Rum, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White to a shaker and dry-shake.
  2. Add Ice and shake again until chilled.
  3. Strain into coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with Amarena Cherries.
