WhistlePig Maple Bourbon Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz. | PiggyBack 100 Proof Bourbon
3/4 oz. | WhistlePig Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
1 oz. | Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

2 Dashes | Bitters
1 Egg White

Fresh Orange Peel or Cherry for garnish


How to Make:

 1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

 

 2. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of   

     shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.

 

 3. Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into

     an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice.

 

 4. Garnish with orange wheel and/or cherry.
